1. We are now accepting enrollments for the 2009-2010 school year. To apply, please click on "Apply Online" on the right side of the screen and fill out the online application form.

2. Once the online application is complete, please print out and complete the enrollment packet. Then mail or fax the completed enrollment packet to:

If you need us to mail you out a copy of the enrollment packet, please contact our office at the number below.

3. After the enrollment packet is completed and returned to CPDLF, we will set a time to meet with the student and parents/guardians to discuss curriculum and complete the enrollment. Our charter requires that we have a face to face meeting with all families.
